    • On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly towards the edges of the jar.

    • Burn your candle for no longer than four hours at a time.

    • Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.

    • Stop using the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains.

    • Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

  • No. We recommend burning your candle for a maximum of four hours at a time. Burning it for longer may cause the vessel to become excessively hot and can affect the wick’s performance.

    Always place your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface and never leave it unattended.

  • All candles should be kept out of the reach of children and animals. Pets can have different sensitivities to fragrance, so burn your candle in a well ventilated room and ensure they can leave the area.

    Extra caution should be taken around birds, reptiles and animals with respiratory conditions. If you are unsure whether a fragrance is suitable for your pet, consult your vet before use.

  • Extinguish the candle safely and allow it to cool completely. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before relighting it. A wick that is too long can produce a larger flame, smoke or soot.
